Atmosphere was great, staff were lovely but they accidently gave me the wrong tan and still made me pay for it! It was meant to be a trail tan before my wedding, now I'll have to get another one because I didn't get what I wanted.

Since I have been a client of Celcius Skin Centre, I have found the staff to be very friendly, polite, helpful & great at what they do. I have always had a good rapport with my past consultants & the last one in particular (Rose), whom I would defintely recommend as I would & have the salon. It's only due to the fact that I have paid more for certain services at Celcius than what I would have expected & this is why I'm moving on. Great business guys, keep going!!

I feel that everytime I come for a spray tan I spend a long time trying to explain why I don't want to buy cream, make up, book in make up or pay for extra tans. I don't think this is the fault of the staff but rather maybe the management pushing for up sales? The reason that I think that is because it happens every single time no matter who I got served by. I have also heard exactly the same questions asked of other clients when waiting for my appointment. I work in a sales environment too so understand the technique but it is getting a bit off putting when using your salon. The last time I came in for a spray tan I was happy to book in another tan for a wedding I have in Melbourne and said twice in the conversation that the wedding was in Melb - the person then asked me if I wanted to have my make up done for the wedding suggesting that she hadn't actually listened to the conversation and was more worried about upselling. Perhaps management need to think about other techniques to get their clients back for business - maybe loyalty cards or a points system. I would think that would work a lot better for many of your clients.

The service I recieved was great and staff were friendly. Unfortunately when I washed my tan off my legs didn't look any different. The top half of my body was perfect & I treated my whole body the same pre tan. I had to re-tan my lower legs at home. That was dissapointing condidering the rest of my body tanned so well.

It would have been nice to have been reminded re things like wiping underarms etc before the spray tan. i have not had one for months so was unsure what to do. My take turned very stripy which was rather embarasing whilst on holiday.
